What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is being with my clients every step of the way. From the moment I confirm how much they can borrow to the moment they are handed their keys and beyond, I'm there every step of the way. Being with them through the excitement of taking one of the biggest steps in their life is a huge honour that I will forever be grateful to be involved with for every one of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started our my career as a mortgage broker at one of the largest corporate estate agency chains in the country. While the training the provided to me was excellent, I felt like there were a few things I'd have done differently if I was running my own business.
With this in mind I started my own business in March 2021, taking the knowledge that I'd gain so far in my career and forusing on being able to offer my clients a much more personal service - I know limit the amount of clients I will take on at any one time in order to be able to offer the best possible service to my clients. This ensures that I am able to be there for them at any point of the house buying process - whether they need help offering on a property, to them having questions surrounding their legal paper work, I'm on hand at every moment - Its not just about getting a mortgage offer.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At present, all appointments will be carried out via zoom. However in coming months I do hope to be able to visit clients at their home whilst ensuring correct hygiene and social practices are in place.
