Drawings prepared by experienced qualified Professional for new build projects, works to Listed Buildings, extensions and alterations to property. These are all to the necessary standard to obtain Planning, Listed (where appropriate) & Building Regulation approvals and for Builders use on site. I make all the necessary statutory applications on behalf of my clients to gain the required consents. Fees are quoted on a fixed fee basis with NO VAT. Examples of work can be e-mailed to prospective clients before engaging my services, and references given on request.
