Katie is fantastic, very knowledgeable and has been amazing with Bruce, who is a rescue dog and can be nervous in certain situations. She has really helped with his development over the last few months during his walks and two pet sitting stays. Bruce absolutely loves Katie, goes crazy when he sees her & I know she takes great care of him at all times & our house when she stays. We love the update pics when we are away too. Katie is amazing. She has really taken the time to get to know my dog, Wren. He can be worried by other dogs and some people and she has taken time to build up a bond with him and make him feel really safe and comfortable with her. He loves her so much and really enjoys his walks with her! It’s obvious she adores dogs and treats them with care and respect. I feel completely relaxed knowing she is taking great care of him. Katie looked after our 3 cats for the first time this weekend and I can't recommend her enough. She obviously loves animals and took great care of them and took the time to play with them and make a fuss. One of our cats needs a special diet and medication so it is a worry for us to find someone to care for him properly but we had no worries with Katie! I do not trust many people with my dogs and the people I leave them with need to know what they are doing and understand dog behaviour. Katie sends regular updates and lovely photos when she has them, is flexible and accommodating if I suddenly need her as my work schedule can change. She makes their walks interactive working their brains and playing training games which means they are mentally as well as physically tired. As someone who works in the training and behaviour industry myself I am happy to recommend her services to my clients, and I am confident in her ability to manage my dogs one who can be a little challenging.
