I went to get a ear wax removal today. The person who did my ears was friendly and kind, but I just felt like he was a bit pushy and I felt like I couldn’t ask him questions about the procedure because it just seemed like he was trying to get the job done as quick as possible. Before Christmas I was soposed to have my ears cleaned out by my littlewick GP practice but yet again they let me down and cancelled the appointment. I didn't want to go through Christmas with no hearing, and I contacted Sage. They were brilliant and got me in the same day and cleaned my ears with suction, it took about 20 minutes. As a Fitness & Lifestyle Coach for more than 25 years, I wanted to take my services Online, which was a very new and foreign idea to me.
I bought a course to learn how to "build a business online and I quickly realized “info overload “when it came to setting it up successfully. It seemed like a giant jigsaw puzzle and it just became too overwhelming. Donna came into my life like a guardian angel. She quickly made the task at hand very easy and simple. She broke up pieces from A-Z and set goals to accomplish each task.
She was very patient with me and helped me understand the parts I found complicated and frustrating. But I succeeded in all and the experience matured me and gave me the confidence that I could do it well! It landed me a job working with a Psychiatrist based in NY, helping his patients get in shape.
I think our connection was fate because the part I had problems with when it came to getting results with my clients, especially when dieting, was their mindset. So it was only natural to join forces and combine our talents.
With Donna doing Mindset coaching and with my weight loss and training, we can now help anyone create lasting changes for life.
We had a great experience together helping a client, who was bulimic, within 6 weeks Donna got her to stop and with the fitness program we helped her build her confidence back and got her in great shape, physically and mentally.
We are now working on putting together a Wellness & Weight Loss Retreat in Costa del Sol, which we are super excited about.
