Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, we offer a dog walking, pet sitting and pop-in service to care for your pets in their own home, to ensure stress levels are kept to a minimum.

Ali has been an absolute star!
Harley (our now 9 month puppy) loves her to bits! She always has a fab time when out and about. We get sent videos and updates. As both NHS shift workers Ali is flexible and considerate of our needs while always ensuring Harley is looked after. Harley loves the group and individual walks and all the love and cuddles she gets!

I can't speak highly enough about Ali.
Having bunny-sat on numerous occasions we've always come home to a very happy, well cared for bunny, he's really taken to her (which is most unusual for him) and I know he genuinely enjoys spending time with her, which in turn makes the fact that we are away from him so much more relaxed.
She's always wonderful with updates, and such a kind, welcoming, and lovely person to work with. Would definitely recommend (and have recommended) her to all.

Koopa’s Canines has eliminated any worries I had in the past when leaving my dogs. Ali provides status updates so I’m always kept in the loop, and it’s clear that my dogs love being around her. I've had the pleasure of knowing Ali for 3 years now, working with her in both cattery and kennel environments. Ali is passionate about animal welfare and this is always evident in the way she handles animals. She is patient and calm with animals, and lets them be themselves and interact with her at their pace. She is keen to make sure each dog receives a walk that suits them - whether that is a shorter walk, longer walk, on lead or off lead. She understands that a young, bouncy dog has different needs to an older dog, and makes sure that any dogs that are walked together have similar needs. Ali also has a gentle and relaxed approach with cats. She allows them to approach her first to build a bond with them. Through her work in rescue, Ali also has knowledge of common veterinary medications, how to administer them, and symptoms of common illnesses to watch out for in cats, dogs and rabbits. What do you love most about your job?
Taking care of peoples family's pets, enjoying being in the company of all animals, being outside and seeing each pet I walk or sit for having the best time
What inspired you to start your own business?
My experience with the Blue Cross taught me so much about animals. We adopted our senior cat from them and at almost 17 he is amazing. His name is Koopa and he is our inspiration for our business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking extra steps to keep us and our clients safe by the washing and sanitizing of hands prior to handling any pet, the wearing of masks, keeping a 2mtr distance and meeting outside where possible when greeting clients in person. Wiping down of all surfaces touched within the clients property before leaving

Pop In Service
Up to 30 Minute Pop In Service to check on your family's pets in your absence. We can check on your on dogs, cats and small caged animals.
Pet Sitting (in pet's own home)
We visit your pets in your absence to spend time with them. These visits are a carried out in their own home to reduce anxiety and stress. Minimum of 60 Minutes per visit. OVERNIGHT STAYS NOT OFFERED
