Following the announcement of a third lockdown due to the new strain of Covid-19 we’re updating our working practices to ensure our safety and yours. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we have worked with our people, clients, and partners to help to prevent the spread of infection whilst still being able to provide an effective service. The measures we have implemented, despite the challenges and unpredictability of the situation, enables us to continue to provide our service. They also maintain the safety of our people and our clients. We are grateful for your continued support.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our recommendations, advice, and approaches as appropriate. Specific plans will be initiated at a local level around the country as we deem necessary.

COVID-19 update
To continue compliance with the social distancing measures set out by UK Government, all visits to and from clients and partners will be actively converted to video calls where possible. We will look to fulfill all our obligations to customers and where physical visits are required our teams will follow government guidance and aim to align with your own contingency plans to minimise impact wherever possible.
