The phrase "Customer Service" suggests some form of privileged service, which clients should be grateful for. In my opinion (both as a customer and as a business service provider), customers paying good money to businesses should be provided "Care" rather than a "Service," but there are few businesses who actually do so. I am very happy to name Kinder Pocock as one of those unique businesses.Not only am I able to pick up the phone and receive answers to my finance questions within an hour of my call but Kinder Pocock always make themselves available to me when I need a couple of hours of one-to-one time (on occasion this has even been in the comfort of my home).
