The best pet shop we have ever been to. The owner was very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviour. We went in to find out if we could do anything about our dog barking through all of our holiday days out which had to be abandoned. He assessed our needs and our dog and a collar which sprayed air towards her nose arrived the next day. Fantastic we are enjoying days out and so is our dog Poppy. Thank you so much. More...

After explaining to Jim that our dog pulls on walks and we had tried almost every method to stop the pulling, Jim recommended an anti pull harness. He fitted the harness for us and allowed us to try it before purchasing. The harness worked a treat. Very happy with our purchase. Excellent advice as always. We're a pet shop in Derbyshire who asked Jim if we could use his idea of using milk bottles as refillable packaging for our wild bird seed.
He couldn't have been more helpful. He sent us one of his funnels for easy filling and even made us some labels to stick on our bottles.
5 stars are not enough, he needs 10 ! Thank you Jim x
