ZERO STARS. This man stole £640 from me under the business name The Door Company (now removed from Bark.com). He took my deposit money lied about having car accidents and breaking his ankle all right before Christmas. He did this knowing my 3 month old son is soon to go into surgery for a tumour on his lung. I have been dealing with a chap called Lee who has been trying to help resolve ordering a replacement for a broken key. As this key was an ASSA Flexcore Plus it was registered and the numbers stamped on the key were wrong. Lee played a massive part in investigating the numbers to find the correct ones and then went the extra mile by finding out where it was actually registered as unfortunately it wasn't to Keytrak - finding out contact details as well. I was absolutely astounded by this level of service especially nowadays where no one seems to want to help. Keytrak you have a fantastic member of staff here make sure you hold on to him!!! From this I can only highly recommend Keytrak from a outstanding customer service point of view and if I need anything in the future despite them not being local to me I will always pick up the phone to these guys first.Lee if you are reading this, I just want to say a massive thanks I have now managed to sort the key and it would have taken me a lot longer to sort without all your efforts.Thanks once again,Hayden More...

I called Keytrak to see if they could fix our faulty maglock. They were able to come out the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issues which were a bad install from the original company who put it in. They were able to repair it and replace faulty parts that same day. What inspired you to start your own business?
Keytrak is a family business that has been going for three generations now. I (Lewis) have been working alongside my Dad (Chris) for 10 years. Chris originally started the business with his father Sid Davies back in 1979 when it was originally Penketh DIY. Since then the company has continued to develop its services from key cutting, to becoming master locksmiths, now we are also experts in electronic security, installing CCTV systems, intercoms, networked access control equipment and fingerprint readers!
