House Cleaning

My experience was not a good one.
On the day of my booking I was informed that the cleaner was unable to arrive.
There was hardly an apology and the general attitude from Emma Turner, was uncaring.
A new day was set up. Alex was a friendly person, but on inspection I was not happy with the end result.
When I made my findings known; There was no apology, or customer care. I was informed that the job was done properly.
I would never use this company again.

I am saddened to see such a review from you. I would like to clarify that as per my emails to you on the morning of your booking we did apologize and explain that we had an issue with illness with several of our housekeepers that morning and were doing our very best to rectify it and send someone across to you that day once the bookings had been reallocated to new housekeepers. You had replied to say you would actually prefer us to move the appointment to the following day instead which we did and confirmed with you. With regards to the end result, when speaking with you on the phone to book the clean I suggested that longer time would be required to get the full benefit but you clearly stated you only wanted 3 hours and no more, our housekeeper did as much as she could in the time that was allowed. Following all this I was extremely shocked to receive your review on Christmas Morning, as a family run company we put everything into our work and would like to offer our apologies if you felt let down by us but in this case I do feel that you have been extremely unfair considering the circumstances and how we dealt with them for you.

Received a prompt and friendly voicemail from the company, outlining full costs, which enabled me to gather information needed to consider all options before committing to a service, without the delay of playing telephone tennis or back & forth emails - this was most helpful and appreciated.

I have received polite, professional and considered responses to all my enquiries/concerns. I am confident that the service (due next week) will be executed just as professionally.

I’ve used KTM for a little over a month now and I’ve found them to be professional and trustworthy. They do a great job of cleaning my place and are careful with my cats! We highly recommend Emma and her team who have for nearly two years been providing assistance and help in many areas of our Holiday Let business at Park Farm near Langport in Somerset. Emma has a lovely nature and is an asset to anyone wishing for an experienced Housekeeper. She has a great deal of energy, is utterly reliable, able to cope with dramas in a calm and efficient manner and has an excellent rapport with our guests as well. Emma and Jon have been assisting us with the running of our luxury holiday let Park Farm near Somerton for almost two years (sleeping up to 17 in a farmhouse and cottage). Emma is the most hardworking and energetic person imaginable and with her experience from previous responsible positions, she has gained a huge amount of experience in property management that has been invaluable to us. She is a pleasure to work with, helping not only with Housekeeping/Staff management but she has also been a fabulous PA to me over this period, conscientious, always happy to assist and consistently striving to improve the business. Jon assists us with gardening duties and outside maintenance such as strimming, pointing and even building ornamental walls and he is the most dependable, helpful and pleasant person you could ever wish for. We have been working within privates households providing a 5 star standard services for 7 years.

We supply all of our only cleaning products and equipment for our cleaning services unless you would like us to use specific products you have already.

We love the satisfaction that comes from working within housekeeping, being able to help people by freeing up their precious time and seeing the difference we can make in their home.

We wanted to be able to provide a high standard of housekeeping to those within the local area helping to create jobs for local housekeepers .

We have 7 years experience working within Private high net worth homes and 5 Star Holiday Rentals, both in the UK and abroad. These homes are run with extremely high standards, each one needing a unique style of management and mix of requirements. We know from experience finding the right team to help you run your home can be time consuming, often ending dissapointment or even loss of income.
We use this experience to train all of our dedicated team members, to offer not only a high standard of home cleaning and management to private and holiday homes but also a dedicated service - tailoring each solution to meet the needs of the individual property and owner.
