I love being able to do exercise classes online with Kathryn via Zoom. She is a great, enthusiastic instructor who is passionate and well trained. I've been doing Kathryn's classes for a while now - first in person and then by Zoom and Facebook live. She's really supportive and encouraging, and great at making sure everyone is working at their own level (including being really helpful as I try to get back to exercise after an injury). The range of different styles has been motivating and keeps it interesting as I've tried things I've never done before and found I can do them! Kathryn's focus on exercise for mental health is really good too. Thoroughly recommend! More...

Have started doing Zoom classes whilst we’re in lockdown. It’s a real treat for me to escape wfh and childcare duties and have a little time for me. Kathryn is super friendly and professional. I have been attending pilates classes for about 8 months which I absolutely love. The mixed ability classes mean that I can try each exercise at my own level. Kathyrn is so kind and supportive during all of the classes. I have just joined the Sunday morning class and love the mix of pilates, HIIT and barree. Kathyrn always ends the class with a relaxation stretch and some motivational words for us to think about. I would highly recommend KCSIM classes to everyone. UPDATE In recent weeks Kathryn has started outdoor sessions in line with government guidelines. It has been brilliant to attend a class again and exercising outside feels fantastic. Thanks Kathryn. I have just started attending Kathryn's classes and I am loving them. Very friendly group and Kathryn is a great teacher! All levels are welcome, I am trying to regain my fitness and it is perfect for what I need . I would highly recommend to anyone. I will def be continuing. More...
