Kirsty is a very pleasant and capable girl but unfortunately very unreliable - she cancelled scheduled holiday let clean without any notice or sensible explanation.

Thank you for your feedback, as explained earlier, I couldn't accommodate a deep clean for the price that was within your budget and gave you a months notice before your next guest arrives, which I thought would be plenty of time to find someone else to fit your needs. We were looking for a cleaning company because we were moving home, put in a request and had a number of replies. We decided on one.
We had a new house cleaned wonderfully, so we asked our lady to do an end of tenancy clean for our former home as well. She did an amazing job; so impressed was our last landlord he hired her as well for his other properties.
She is very efficient, professional and friendly. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.
