I'm a dancer who had a bad injury to the foot. I came to Katy and she was amazing! I was back dancing properly in a couple weeks, nearly half the time than I was originally told by the hospital!!! THANK YOU!

Katy has been looking after my shoulder for the last six months during which time I have progressed from not being able to lift it through to full recovery and strength. Initial diagnosis was spot on (for insurance purposes I had to get the shoulder scanned which confirmed her assessment of a grade 2 tear! Impressive!) and the road to recovery was carefully managed and always positive. Katy is a safe pair of hands and an expert I'd have no hesitate in recommending More...

I would highly recommend Katy, she tailors her classes to the individual. From a thorough initial consultation she knows each client in her class so can adapt or modify the exercises accordingly, she shows us how to do the exercises and then walks around and helps us to make sure we are getting every benefit from the class, but in my opinion most importantly, she eliminates any injuries that can so easily happen in classes with inexperienced or unqualified teachers!

Katie is a very skilful practitioner. She has treated my stubbornly awkward back condition over a number of years, and helped not just to relieve the pain, but to keep it manageable and in check. She treats the person as a whole, using a range of approaches including massage and acupuncture. She puts patients at their ease, is easy to talk to, and sensitive to their problems and difficulties. She is also an excellent Pilates teacher. I would recommend her to anyone. More...

Hand written as a testimonial and I have agreed that Katy can submit this as a google review. I have been treated from time to time by Katy Neale since 2015, for an ongoing problem. She has given me a variety of treatments including massage, acupuncture and cupping depending on the severity of my condition at the time. She is always professional, considerate and mindful of my needs. I would certainly recommend Katy as a physiotherapist. Sara More...

Katy treated my teenage son a couple of years ago. We both thought she was very informative and encouraging, teaching him several very useful exercises that he could do himself at home, and which he still does regularly now. She was also very thorough, referring him to an orthopaedic specialist, via our GP, to eliminate a more chronic condition. It really helped my son seeing Katy, and I would definitely recommend her. If you want to be taken seriously and treated with the utmost care, compassion and professionalism then Katy is the way to go! I had a variety of injuries including RSI, sciatica, upper and lower back pain and general extreme tension, and Katy expertly located and diagnosed the source of these issues and used a variety of techniques such as acupuncture, massage and other appropriate equipment to ease my symptoms, and then provided me with a long-term plan for further prevention of these symptoms returning. She helped to give me my power back. She constructed an entire personalized, at-home exercise and Pilates regime to help me rehabilitate my entire body and restore me back to full mobility. I then joined her Pilates classes which were incredible. Katy diligently keeps her classes intimate in order to provide one to one attention to each participant, and caters to the needs of every individual. She is an amazing teacher and therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Katy More...

I've had all sorts of muscle issues. I have previously had various bouts of physio, which has usually improved problems by around 70% but never fully. I saw Katy at the end of 2018 to try and address a long-standing hip problem. This was causing sciatic pain in my leg and also tightness to my groin and abdomen. Over the course of 5 sessions, we addressed the tightness through traditional massage and also acupuncture. Katy also gave me a set of exercises to introduce to my existing routine to strengthen various muscles, whilst also recommending that I drop a few existing ones. The effect of this was that after three years I've been able to start light running again. Although I still plan to see Katy for ongoing maintenance the improvement, thus far, is definitely in the 90+% range. More...
