I had a deep clean for my flat. Katie did an excellent job and I was really happy with how the flat turned out. I’ve asked for a weekly clean too which I hadn’t considered having before but after seeing how good it all looked I wanted to keep on top of it.

How long have you been in business?
I have had experience in the cleaning industry after working in a hospital environment, however I have decided to recently be my own boss, and grow my own business. All of my previous experiences in domestic cleaning have been transferred the customer service that Katie's Gleam Clean offers.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I have my own Eco-Friendly equipment and would be glad to use this, however if the customer requires more equipment I am adaptable, and will be glad to use their own equipment.
What do you love most about your job?
As previously said, I love the feeling of brightening someone's day from cleaning and organising their area. Each customer that I can please gives me an extra push to keep my business growing and expanding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Even after have experience in other industries, I was inspired to start my own business due to my comfort with cleaning. I love the satisfaction that comes from a happy customer, and was inspired to be my own boss. I wanted to be able to see my process from start to finish and own the fulfilment that comes from making a client happy.
