Tony and the team at KAT provide a great service. I have called them out on behalf of one of my own clients who managed to lock herself out of the house. Went there with a fear of perhaps having to pay a lot of money for a reprogramming of my car key, only to learn I had put a new battery in upside-down in the fob (der! ). They could have easily led me up a garden path and fooled me into parting with lots of money but remained true and honest and simply flipped the battery over and unlocked the car from the counter.
