They offer a person centred approach and are flexible, adjusting their approach according to mum's changing needs.

Kare Support have been looking after my mum since May 2022. Her carers are wonderful, caring people. They will contact us immediately if they have any concerns about my mum’s health or behaviour. They communicate with the family so mum can get the best care. They have been able to rearrange call times wherever possible if mum has any appointments. Most importantly they treat mum as a human being. We are extremely grateful for all the care they give and know we can trust them and have no concerns about if she is being visited on time, if she gets the correct medication, food etc etc. They have certainly helped to relieve some of the pressure that inevitably comes when looking after elderly relatives.
