I'm an experienced and loving person, who believes in positive reinforcement, and reward driven training. I have worked with dogs as small as tea cup Yorkies, all the way up to Great Danes and Mastiffs. When I look after a dog they are treated as my own.

I found K9 playtime really easy to find someone reliable to look after our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Marie is so dedicated and really engages in her work. Our Brandi adores her and is crazy happy when Marie arrives to take her for a walk. Our dog never enjoyed socialising with other dogs until Marie started walking her and gradually introducing her to the other pups she takes care of. K9 Playtime is the gold standard of pet care! Marie loves dogs…all animals…and it shows. She walks my Desmond and Owen, two big goldens, regularly and for nice long walks. Her caring is so obvious as she cuddles and plays with them. She treats my fur babies as if they were her own. Marie has pet sat for me several times as well. During one stay my pet rabbit became ill. Not only did she contact me immediately, I talked her through my Coco’s medical needs, and she nursed her to health. What do you love most about your job?
I love all animals, but dogs have the most incredible gift for bringing us joy. I believe in a gentle approach, with positive reinforcement and reward based training. When I know I'm going to spend my day with canines, it always puts a smile on my face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked abroad for multiple years and was never able to own a business due to local laws. Now I'm back in the Uk I have decided to follow my dream, and turn my passion into a career
Why should our clients choose you?
When I take care of a pet, I treat them as they were my own. I understand how stressful it is to leave your pet with someone, so I always give daily photo and video updates. My service is personal to each pet, so they have the best time possible while you are away. If your pet sleeps on the bed with you, they do with me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always wear a mask when entering a home to collect/drop off a pet, or when giving a free initial consultation with a new client.
Pet Taxi
Do you need to get to the Vet, but don't have a vehicle? We will pick you and your pet up, and take you to your appointment safely. Afterwards we will drop you back at home.
Dog walking
Group walks are perfect for your dog if they are friendly towards dogs they may not know.
If your dog is nervous, elderly, or reactive a solo walk would be of more benefit
Pet feeding
Whether your pet has feathers, paws, scales or claws, we can feed and care for them while you are away. Daily health checks with photo updates, and complete substrate, litter, water change weekly.
Puppy service
As we return to work, our furry friends are being left alone for longer periods. Puppies can find this especially stressful. Our service includes feeding, socialising and help with toilet training. Any accidents will be cleaned up and taken off property, to ensure a healthy environment for you and your pet.
