John was the first person to contact me regarding some roof repairs. So given his quote was comparatively fair he was my first choice. He and his colleague arrived when he said they would and just got on with the work. My roof, as it turned out, had hidden horrors which meant that, in the end, the work done far exceeded the work quoted. John did not complain about this and I didn't even know until I went to ask how he was getting on later in the day. Despite this he had no intention of changing his quote and saw it through until the job was done (this meant him coming back the next day)!
