We are extremely pleased with the finished basement conversion Dan and the team have delivered for us. Dan has been great at communicating throughout, priced fairly and thoroughly so no forgotten extras cropped up and accommodated our needs as well as looking for the best solutions for us (e. g. moving a stop cock so we didn’t need to box it in). He also handled the building control element for us which got sign off, taking away a lot of the stress. “Our experience with Just Waterproofing has been excellent from start to finish. We needed our small cellar to be re-plastered, holes in bricks filed in and general “tidying up”. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that work and “finish” was exactly what we wanted. His team are extremely hard working, polite, trustworthy and considerate. I was really delighted with the level of service and professionalism from Dan and the team. I've had problems with flooding in my basement and they have done a great job in fitting a full system to prevent any future water ingress.
The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Everything was left clean and tidy and the guys were very lovely and great at keeping me updated on progress and explaining everything.
I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. The team worked hard from day one and completed the dig on schedule.
Their customer service was also very good.
Whenever there was a query Dan and Ghedeon were always very helpful and willing to explain things as the dig progressed.
The builders were very polite and considerate, which was very important to us as we were living in the house throughout the works.

“Dan worked on our garage underpinning and waterproofing delta membrane project for approx 8 weeks.
The team did an excellent job and had excellent experience (compared to our previous builders that left us with a mess of water ingress and a non-eccentric foundation).
Dan has been excellent throughout and has been both technically equipped to answer all questions at hand and promptly replied to all emails and queries on a daily basis throughout the project. This provided comfort and acknowledgement that Dan and his team were always on top of matters and successfully handled all issues discovered on site through to resolution swiftly.
We could not have asked for a better person to manage this project and provide the excellent waterproofing solution they installed for us.
Highly recommended for all waterproofing projects whom also use the best German material supplies too, which was a huge tick in the box for us.
