Cleared blockage in downpipe and removed debris by vacuum that was in the galleys.Did expect the outside to be washed but not part of the service agreed.

Hi Frank, thank you for your feedback, yes the gutters to be cleaned on the outside does come at an additional cost as aware. The gutters have been cleared and the downpipe has been unblocked. All debris taken away. Thank you.
