S7, Sheffield
I have been DJing since around 2006, entertaining a variety of ages in city centre venues, clubs and private events. I can seamlessly blend newer styles of music with known classics and rare gems I have picked up over the years. I can mix across contemporary R 'n B, 90s and hip-hop into 80s, disco and soul or take it into 60s, indie, motown and rock and roll - and back again.

Neil DJ'd at our wedding in July and we would definitely recommend him. He was really helpful in the run up to the day, sourcing additional lighting and discussing exactly what we wanted. He set everything up the day before and it looked really professional. Everyone had a great time, thank you! More...

This titular character, a 1970s renaissance man with a kung-fu grip, who doesn't always think before making decisions. Crafting best DJ sets in Sheffield, always involving some sort of telepathy that steers you towards euphoria so effectively that it feels like he's inside your brain at a panel of controls.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
There is no substitute for experience - a good DJ has a 6th sense for detecting the vibe, maintaining the energy and 'feeling' for what people want. It is about the crowd, not the DJ.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Adaptive, confident and reciprocal. I vary between all kinds of music such as R 'n B, hip-hop, pop, soul, motown and disco, mixing between them all.
Later into the night (or morning as the case may be) I might switch to house, garage, drum n bass or bassline.
What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with people - knowing what people want and getting it right. Knowing I've been instrumental in making somebody's night.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The business certainly came afterwards! I have been DJing for around 11-12 years now, including running my own night for about 3-4 years, so it has always been there in some form or another.
Why should our clients choose you?
