How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The main thing you would have to ask yourself is if access can be gained from inside the house ie space for cutting a new door way
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
All garages are diffrent. If the floor needs raised to tie in with existing floor level of the house that's were we start (joists & flooring) Then run electrics (lights & sockets) strap insulate and sheet walls form kit to close off existing garage door and fit widow. Plaster work and finally finishings. Doors facings skirtings. Unless the client has a bespoke design in mind we can work together to achieve this
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Newer houses aren't suitable for loft conversion as the trusses are manufactured in such a way it would compromise the integrity of the roof of anything was cut out. The space you would get wouldn't be suitable
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Fist of planning and ma king access for a proper staircase. Doubling up rafters and raising trusses for head height. Electrical work. Velux windows cut in then time for insulation and sheeting. Finally plaster work and finishings
How long have you been in business?
I personally have been a joiner from I left school (18 years)
What guarantee does your work come with?
Different work will come with different guarantees. This will be discussed with the individual prior to any work beating done
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my work is seeing the dramatic changes I can make to properties wether it be a bathroom or a full Extention. Working along side the customer to ensure they get exactly what they have visioned is very gratifying for me
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked for a few big companies and what I have noticed with most of them is the lack of personal service. Since working for myself that's something I've been able to change. It certainly makes the difference

I'm good at what I do. More than capable of managing the full job (bringing in other trades) keeps things stress free for the customer if I'm not only doing the work but managing the whole build
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sanitising station would be on every job. Masks wore. And safe distances at all times from anyone on site
