I also offer a bespoke picture framing service with a wide range of mouldings, and mounts available and the only restriction being your imagination.
Desktop publishing, picture restoration, and laminating of images are all undertaken.

Came upon John Tym's name by chance on the Internet. As he was local we thought it would be good if he could reproduce and very much enhance a treasured family photo which, over twenty years had deteriorated greatly.
We met and found the service excellent. We had several presentation copies of the photo made and framed and were very pleased with the outcome.
The whole exercise was slightly more expensive than we had first intended but the end result was fabulous. We think that the resulting photos were much better in colour content and overall appearance than the original!
We would certainly recommend John Tym to anyone wanting similar work done in future.

Picture framing
Bespoke framing of clients pictures, memorabilia, medals, or needlework/cross-stitch. Choice of hundreds of mouldings, and mount colours. Your imagination is the limit.
Desk top publishing and printing
I undertake the production of simple booklets, posters, programmes for events and business cards/fliers.
Photo restoration
I have some experience of non-destructively renovating old photos and reprinting them on my professional inkjet printer. This can be an old photo which has faded over the years, or been damaged and on more than one occasion I have resurrected an old wedding photo after someone has died for the remaining partner and I have had to get the tissues out.
Photography
I am a general photographer and will undertake smaller weddings, portrait photography, pets and children. I also capture images on a regular basis for Reepham Life, our local newspaper and am gradually building an archive of activities in the Reepham area.
