I have used J L Mortgages twice now, once when we moved house and another time to re-mortgage. They were fantastic on both occasions and nothing was too much hassle. Joe came to my house to sort through everything, this added a very personal touch to the process and we didn't feel like we were just another customer. I had been in touch with a 'high end' London based mortgage broker who seemed very sluggish for the money they would of charged me. I was put in contact with Joe at JL Mortgages and I was given exceptional treatment and service throughout. My partner and I are first time buyer's so we basically had a question for every part of the mortgage procedure, Joe was always more than happy to assist and answer any questions we had.
