I am an ICF certified life and business coach, trained through Barefoot Coaching, whose course includes a substantial practical element, thorough and varied coaching tool exposure and rigorous feedback for every trainee.
I also have a plethora of other career experiences in many different areas ranging from software, sales, mentoring, training through to counselling, teaching and tutoring.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the light bulb moments for clients as they see things about themselves, their business or their life for the first time. I love listening to clients stories and being there to help them ‘dance in the moment’!

I am an Oxbridge educated professional with much life experience before I decided to train as a life and business coaching. I believe in unconditional positive regard for all my clients and love seeing the transformational changes which can occur through coaching. All you need to bring is what you want to work on, commitment and willingness to see yourself in a new light!
