If the above sounds familiar, I can help you restore a sense of emotional health and wellbeing. I am an expressive arts therapist with more than twenty years of experience in the NHS and in private practice. I make use of creative and expressive methods to help with a range of emotional difficulties, and communicate what can be difficult to put into words.

I am most sensitive to your individual needs and view what brings you to therapy with empathy and compassion. I enormously value the unique relationship that is created through therapy.
