I can't recommend JDS highly enough! Before Christmas 2021 we had a gas leak and they were out very quickly and helped get us back in our house for Christmas! They even contacted SGN on our behalf to get everything double checked and checked back in with us to hear how it went! Saved us again on Good Friday when we had a leak under our kitchen floor and idenitifed our dishwasher as the problem and fixed it there and then! Would 100% recommend. We just bought a new house and booked a service with JDS, turns out the boiler was condemned and I needed a new boiler and Ryan and Dougie explained everything. We got the boiler moved to new and better location in the house and a new boiler fitted with a 10 year warranty. Really friendly and they get in and get the job done with zero mess left behind! Excellent, prompt and great value service from Dougie and Ryan. After some dodgy advice from another heating engineer, I ended up needing a new boiler. Ryan came out to see me and gave me honest advice about what I needed to do and Dougie came today to fit my new Ideal Logic boiler with a 10 year warranty. I'm really pleased, would highly recommend and no mess left behind (Dougie even cleared up some compost from my plant that the cat had knocked over 🤣). Dougie & Gary came to service our old boiler last Thursday and noticed a minuscule gas leak so had to turn everything off. 14 years old so opted for a new boiler. Quotes supplied same day and installed the following Tuesday. No issues at all and very clean & tidy. The camaraderie between them is brilliant too, lots of laughs! Thanks to this guy for saving me today, water pouring over my toilet I had no clue what to do went into total meltdown. Dougie and Gary were amazing! We got a hot tap fitted outside And our boiler serviced. Would 100% recommend great guys to deal with and got us booked in really quick. And even thou they couldn't do our boiler service on the day arranged through no fault of their own. Due to us being in a new build house and the boiler being boxed in so wasn't accessible.
