I am still awaiting to use this service as I am sorting something out but Josimar has been very supportive in preparing me for the work I need completed has been patient and pleasant.

Very happy customer. JDM plumbing was quick to respond and book in a time to visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I'll be using him again for gas installation stuff in future but this visit for plumbing issues in my bathroom and install of new taps, drain and showers unit installation went very well. Nice guys, gave a skim coat of plaster to one of my bedrooms. Made an effort to clean up as it's a messy job and left the place in good order when they finished. Only thing I will say now that the plaster is dry I can see a quite a few imperfections rough patches etc. So over all quality of the plastering is just Okay not brilliant. More...

JDM was very nice and helpful with my plastering. I recommend him for anything handy.

I have nothing but the greatest satisfaction in having employed JDM to resolve an issue with my shower. I had no pressure or temperature control and, having put up with a dribbling shower for far too long, decided to get it fixed. JDM responded to my online request almost immediately, and arranged to come round to have a look. Josimar quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave me an explanation of what needed doing, with the promise that I would definitely get a vastly improved shower flow and temperature control. I found him very professional and personable and I instinctively felt I could trust him. We agreed a date for the work to be carried out, which was within days, and he and his colleague (who was equally professional and personable) came exactly on time, in fact they texted me to say they were parked up nearby a good 20 minutes before they were due to start. The work was carried out to the highest standard, and I did feel that both the guys had a real sense of pride in their work, which was really very reassuring. The end result was better than I could have imagined, a shower with great water flow and the full range of temperature control that you could want. Overall, from start to finish, I found the whole experience of dealing with JDM was of the highest order. I’m already planning to use them to service my combi boiler. Marcus was a true professional and gent. At his arrival he immediately presented his ID and made sure I was satisfied with it, he then thoroughly explained what he was going to do, the process and why the safety checks throughout the installation were necessary!

Going forward, this is somebody I would highly recommend and will be using other services offered, especially for plumbing gas etc!

I had a broken shower cubicle replaced by JDM for a tenanted flat. JDM were just great. Organised everything promptly and efficiently, gave me a very fair estimate and kept me updated for arrival times and how the job was progressing because I was not on the site. Goes without saying they did a great job on the installation.
