London
I am an experienced, qualified integrative trained counsellor and psychodynamic therapist. This means I can work a number of different ways to support your needs and help you get better quickly. I am always working to fulfil this from the very first session as I ultimately see therapy as a space to be supported, feel safe , unburden ones issue, and to be able to process them , heal, and move forward with your life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients through the. therapy, move forward, heal and live a happier more fulfilling life. It is perfectly normal to feel anxious and nervous to start counselling and very often the fear of opening up is so great, that the alternative to feel stuck and remain despairing feels easier. It takes courage, and I sincerely understand this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After training I continued my placements as a bereavement counsellor for a North London charity and also as a counsellor providing a short term therapy a Centre In Hammersmith but have been keen to work locally to provide a private service. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by their code of ethics. As well as holding a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling I also have certificates in Psychiatry, Psychopathology and Psychodynamics, Eating Disorders, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Time Limited therapy and Marriage Counselling.
Why should our clients choose you?
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy gives a person a safe space to talk through their issues and be supported and understood. My approach is genuine and committed, to be somewhere where you can unburden yourself, without judgement. It is my aim to always ensure my clients are at ease with myself, and feel I can hear whatever they may bring, and be able to support them to take steps forward with their lives. And I believe I do this by being fully aware how life can feel overwhelming and exhausting and stuck, and understand and really empathise with this. I have many references to support my work showing that through the therapy you can often see the light and get up from a very low place. Very often it is the processing of your personal issues that can help you understand and bring to your awareness what you need to help you, which the therapy facilitates.
