I was promised at the time of sale they could lift my current website with all the photos and transfer them on to their platform and this would be a straight forward procedure. That is not the case! The new website was build in about 1 month and the photos were poor quality and the design was there normal basic template. It looked terrible, not what I was sold at all. To get started you have to pay around £650 and agree to a minimum of 1 year at an additional monthly cost of around £55. The problem here was that they were unable to actually lift the site as they promised and they were expecting me to send them all the photos and information which I have lost when my computer crashed a few years back. They would not refund my money even after this was escalated to head office. More...

Currently 7 months in and still waiting for my website to be completed, even after sending emails frequently. "5.1 Once we have completed the design and development of the Site in accordance with the Design Brief, we shall allow you access to the Site to request minor amendments be made. " The design brief has not been completed and I am still waiting to be given access to the site editor. The website was made live in September with the understanding that Itseeze would continue to finish the development of the website whilst I uploaded blogs. (which I have no access to be able to do so).
