Initially great, called quickly to arrange a time to quote for the job, got us booked in to have our flat roof repaired the following week due to water coming through into the house. After the 'repair' the water coming through was worse than before the works carried out. I was assured it would be redone to rectify the problem and eventually after Christmas and apparently stock delays, another attempt was made to remedy the issue. Despite the second attempt and assurance that they would return until the problem was fixed, we still have a leak, more internal damage than we had before the work was carried out and none of my messages or emails are being returned to arrange a third fix.
In addition I instructed these guys because of the promise of the 10 year warranty as per their website. I asked several times for an email or something in writing to confirm the warranty which never materialised.

Sorry you feel like that but we have tried to fix it a couple of times and the repair didn't work and you said you wanted fix up so you could sell your property and i did say it needed a full new roof on there in the first place and you wanted the cheapest options so you could put the sale through sorry again if you feel like that

very fast to reply and get the job done initially, but stupidly I paid before the scaffolding was down and fully done. Have been chasing since December to get it sorted and now having to go through a claims court to get it sorted.

Hi there hamish you forgot to say you was happy with the work i quoted and the work was finished and you was happy. its the scaffolding company what done the damage when they was taking down the scaffolding i have passed your details on to them and i have been . Trying to sort it for you you paid me when the job was done and you expected the work sorry you feel like this i have sent your details over to the scaffolding company and i have been chasing them up for you sorry again

Have found Dean very friendly he explained about everything that needed to be done and how he would go about it and very happy with his work that he have done would certainly recommend him to others
