Used this company June 2022 for insulation under suspended timber floors on the ground floor and also loft top up. Callum was extremely knowledgeable and after a thorough assessment explained the ins and outs of the work. The quote was very competitive. I did have a cheaper price from another company who had a cancellation slot come up but Callum’s knowledge and professional manner won me over. Installers Kyle and Abs were on time, done a great job and tidied up after themselves. Both the crawl space and loft were a challenge space wise but they completed both in the same day. I waited until summer was over and the cooler weather arriving to leave this review, when I had better idea of the impacts of the work being done. Happy to say my home heats up quicker and retains the heat for longer, and no more drafts from kitchen and bathroom! Result! Thanks guys…. Will definitely recommend to others looking for insulation. I am very pleased with the job Insulation Installers did for me. Calum was very professional, explained clearly how they would do the work and the benefits I could realistically expect from it. The team were on time, polite, efficient, and tidied up after they were finished (no small job with the amount of wind, mud and rain we had that day!). There was no issues fitting it and they were finished in a half a day. The ground floor was previously very cold and drafty due to the suspended wood floor, however it is now noticeably warmer - both quicker to warm up and slower to cool down after the heating is turned off. I am very pleased with both the service and the cost, and would recommend them to anyone thinking about insulating their home. More...

We had Calum & his team out to instal our underfloor insulation for our suspended timber floor on the ground level at the end of Jan 2022. The whole process was really quick from quote to installation. They survey provided was detailed and Calum picked up on some ventilation and pipe issues, which we wouldn’t have know about! The team kindly resolved the ventilation issue, which went over and above our expectations, thank you. During the fitting, the team were punctual, courteous and the house was spotless when they left. Absolutely recommend this company 100%. Reliable. Professional. Hard workers. Very Pleasant. Affordable. Calum came to quote when he said he would and they did a terrific job on our under floor insulation as scheduled. A big job became a nightmare under our old house, the guys worked non-stop to overcome the challenges they encountered, they were fabulous! Fantastic company. Great value for money, friendly and professional, clean and tidy and the house is now nice and cosy! 10/10, would recommend! We had loft and underfloor insulation installed and when installing underfloor insulation they discovered a leak from our shower. Since it was a fairly minor issue, the team provided amazing advice on how to rectify the situation and helped us to do so. This saved us a lot of money and stress, as well as teaching us some new life skills! Once the leak was fixed and dried, they were back within 24 hours to finish the insulation. They also fixed a dip in my floor due to a botched job by another tradesperson when cutting an access hatch. Very pleased customer. More...
