What’s your interior design process?
An initial meeting allows the client to discuss their requirements with Claire and to make sure that they feel comfortable to work together. Following on from this Claire will put forward her design fee proposal for their consideration.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Contemporary, traditional, funky, simple any style will be catered for it’s what makes my job so enjoyable.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see how happy my clients are with the end result and the fact that they have not had to undertake the hard work of sourcing and organising all the trades themselves is a real bonus to them.
No job is ever the same or to the same taste so I can get to work on such varied projects which I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for other companies as a designer and project manager from the day I qualified over 25 years ago, so about 16 years ago I bit the bullet and went alone so that I could work more closely with my clients and on a variety of schemes.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am friendly and honest, down to earth and I love my job , seeing the clients so happy when it all comes together makes all the hard work worthwhile.
As I am being paid for my experience and opinions I will say if I think the client is making a wrong decision and point them in the right direction.
