After being priced over the top prices by previous roofers, it was only pro innovative roofing (Rad) that came in, carried out an initial free roof inspection, detailed the repair work needed and offered an honest price ( The price was 10 % of the previous 2 roofers estimates)
Since, I have contracted pro innovative roofers twice, and each time the work has been carried out professionally, safely and to a high standard. Overall, the company and employee approach to customers is commendable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and skilled workers.

Despite a prompt response to give a quote and undertake the repairs to the gutters, when there were still problems with bad leaks within a week of the so-called repairs, three months later, despite numerous messages, phone calls and failed promises to attend on various dates, the gutter leaks remain as bad as ever and there is no response from him now. Rad was asked to repair mine and my neighbours guttering, he also injected a damp proof course in my property. He couldn’t make the original appointment we made but he rang to explain and we rearranged, he arrived when he said he would and did the job and cleaned away all debris. I would highly recommend.

I've held off writing this for 7 weeks but AVOID. Rad is an absolute cowboy . He came out to my house in February to fit dry verge to my roof.
He seemed okay and when additional work was required I was happy to go with it. He even said "I'm not trying to rip you off". Fast forward to April and some of the dry verge had come down. He eventually came and glued it up. Fast forward again to 15th July and more has come down in a different place. I have been trying to get a response from him for 7 weeks. The only time he has called back is when I raised a new work request through Bark under a different phone number, which resulted in immediate contact to my husband's phone but when I rang him back from my number I was ignored.
When my husband managed to speak to him, he said he would come on Sunday and again, didn't turn up and again is now not responding to calls and messages.
Today, I've had to get someone else out to take a look as I'm worried about the roof being exposed coming up to the Autumn. The new person has confirmed that none of the dry verge has been fitted correctly. Instead of stripping back the tiles, extending the roof joists and screwing into those, Rad has just wacked on some glue, stuck the verge on and put screws in a few of the pieces which are going into nothing as there's no wood there to screw to. I live on top of a hill and the house is exposed. This solution was never going to work.
Having waited and waited and waited and waited, I'm going to have to pay out again having already paid Rad £650 to get this done properly by a competent professional.
He should be taken off the Bark site with immediate effect to protect other consumers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
If he ever actually comes out to resolve this, I'll reconsider this review but this is the situation as it stands.
