Ian was extremely helpful, attentive and informative when we first engaged his services several years ago at the start of our project.
Part way through our build, when we wished to thoroughly modernise our design, he couldn't have been more enthusiastic and supportive. We made a model of our vision, which Ian perfectly drew up for our application. It looked stunning, the council viewed it very favourably and our build is now wowing the neighbours! We have found Ian to be approachable and helpful with any questions we've had throughout the development.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ian Murray.
From the start, Ian was keen to understand how as a family we would use the space in the new house and any ‘wow’ factors that we wanted.
Through the nightmare that is planning, Ian helped identify the real issues and worked through them to approval.
We have retained Ian on an ad hoc basis to provide guidance as we progress through the build phase. It helps that he can draw (no pun intended) on the experience of building his own house recently.
