Feedback is important this company states. Well it was given and stacey and Asha took it badly. I will say that quite a few bits were not cleaned.
promised to come back and sort noone came. A call came they not happy and dont waat to continue which was fine with me as not got what is expected.
I wish the company the best however will not last long if you can not correct issues rather bury your head and act unprofessional. Plenty of cleaners around looking for work.

Good afternoon, Harvey. We did take on your feedback, if anything, we requested it. However, you fail to state the actual facts. We expressly stated the condition of the house as soon as the work began, and you admitted all by yourself that your property needed more time and work. We went above and beyond and did more than was agreed. You are complaining about 2 windows of which 1 was not included in the agreement. The stove has hardened on grease and needs industrial equipment. We are sorry you feel that way, but at least be honest about the state of the property and the fact that you got 2 staff for the price of one after refusing to pay for more time and staff. You can not expect 6 to 8 hours worth of work to be completed in 3 to which again was clearly communicated. We kept you informed and asked you to inspect our work after every room was complete. You should learn to be fair. This is an unwarranted review. We wish you all the best but we do have many many happy customers. All the best to you. iCleanz Cleaning Delivery Servicez

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If notified of covid, we use full PPE. Our staff will not go into homes if they are positive for Covid.
