House Cleaning
Started well. Arranged a time said I wanted ordinary clean quoted £15 per hour. Came as arranged but charged £20 as claimed it needed a deep clean which is not what I asked for. Paid and arranged definite ordinary clean from following week. Received a text asking if could come a day early. I said fine (supposed to be Fridays) but confirmed it would be Fridays thereafter which I was told yes. Arranged for house to be unlocked. No one came. No reply to text or phone called. No explanation or apology. Would not recommend. Messed around. Felt like a con. More...

How long have you been in business?
I've been the private cleaning industry 6 years now. I take pride in a high standard of work.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I provide all my own products. However i have found over past 18 months more and more are wanting to have their own products used and this is fine also.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that i have helped keep lots of homes year after year clean and fresh when work life or illness even tips the scales..... knowing i usually gain another friend/s along the way also is magical you meet some truly lovely people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad and friend are disabled and i couldn't believe what others charged to look at a hoover or dust around things and they weren't spending their allocated times but wanted the pay the final straw was things missing n 3 different cleaners and no evidence or admittance from anyone i decided enough was enough it should be a personal service its someone's home there should be trust responsibility loyalty and it can only build one to one so iClean was created.

I'm committed not just to ensuring every job you give me to do is adhered to every time but the only person you'll talk to or see is me no confusion no excuses no passing the book hence i take such pride in my high standards i provide.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have done relevant up to date training and received necessary certification for working within the industry throughout the pandemic to reassure my clients that i take my and your health seriously.

Washing and drying of clothes curtains blinds and bedding
Ironing /steaming.
This can be taken away and done for you and redelivered for service charges or at your home and all put away within no time so you've nothing to worry about on a regular basis..... if you're saving on the service charges why not treat yourself to an iclean all in one wonder ..... while the washing is on then drying let me give your rooms a freshen up, dust n polish, hoover, mop n bathrooms cleaned (standard cleans) for only £10 per hour instead of £15 p.h. your laundry and housework could all be done once as month or once a fortnight if you prefer saving you even more precious time.
Standard cleans average 2 hours depending on size of property/rooms this is therefore no more expensive than some collection, delivery and service charges ontop of laundry and ironing out of the home
