I have been attending classes here for several years now, often twice a week. My favourite teachers are Lucy and Alice. They are very different from each other - indeed all the teachers are different and it's worth experimenting a little to find the one you like. Lucy's style is very graceful and fluid, and you almost never stop moving. Alice is more precise and corrects the mistakes more. I think the combination of going to both of them is perfect. However Lucy is leaving soon - and we are all devastated. My body strength, flexibility and back issues have certainly improved a lot since going to these classes. The classes run almost the whole year, certainly right through the summer unlike some places. My only very small complaint is that in summer the studio is too hot and in winter it's too cold.
