When I was faced with the thought of organising this event at the House Of Commons without anyone who had done something like this with the security level and such a high stakes venue like the house of commons, I was petrified. The Team at Huxley arranged our Xmas Party in 2021. It was brilliant and it was 'a given' to ask them to do it again in 2022. Once again they proved invaluable with their organisational expertise and experience; completely taking the headache out of the 'party planning pressure'. They overcame a huge glitch when our venue cancelled on us at short notice; Huxley sourced and secured a new venue - no mean feat!! The Huxley Events team were fantastic from start to finish. The support they gave us in running our Exhibition was outstanding. Pre-event Huxley took over the managing of our suppliers so that we could focus entirely on our clients.

On the day itself, Huxley were there to ensure everything was in its place, we even had a fire alarm to contend with (which was not planned) and Huxley were straight on the phone to the venue owners and helping us evacuate the building in a calm and efficient manner. With over 500 attendees at the time, it was a large number of guests to manage and Huxley did it with aplomb.

The team were constantly checking that we had everything we needed, they set up contact with us so that they were available to us throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole day was a huge success.

I would highly recommend Huxley for event management, if you want things to run smoothly then look no further, you won't regret it! More...
