We left Tilly for a long weekend break in early November 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with the care they gave Tilly. The staff were friendly polite and professional and understood how we felt leaving her. They posted pictures on Facebook of her while we were away and it was clear they understood what she liked and didn’t like from the feedback they gave us when we went to collect her. Staff are polite, they take great care of a max of 2 pets housing them in their own kennel. The pets are exercised on their own pictures are taken daily and uploaded to Facebook closed group page.

I was really worried about leaving our rescue dog Hugo but needn't have been. The staff were amazing with him and even fed him with his usual food and kept to the same routine. Well worth the extra one-to-one's also and he seemed really settled. It was lovely seeing his picture on Facebook everyday too.. he looked a bit too happy and didn't seem to be missing us at all! Excellent value for money at these luxury kennels. The rooms are amazing, so clean with heated flooring, tv and a heat lamp. Wouldn't take him anywhere else he loved it. Can’t thank the staff enough for their patience, understanding and help with my high maintenance Frenchie! Having never boarded any of my dogs before and having no other option due to family circumstances, I researched and viewed several ‘luxury’ boarding kennels - they were the best by far so I anxiously booked up! I needn’t have worried - they were professional, efficient, knowledgable and genuine. Recently just boarded our 7 month old Frenchie puppy with his big brother and received the same great service. This is the first time my 14yr old cavalier has had to stay in kennels. I looked at a few but chose Hurworth as the staff are lovely, the rooms very clean and modern and there is an covered outside run.
