The warranty service after treatment is a complete ripoff. They charge for callouts to check after treatment and don’t reply to messages after giving timelines for replies. The warranty service is a lie.

Good people and friendly got the job done no hassle

I would give this compa y 0 stars if I could! Came to see our property did their three treatments! On the final visit took the traps placed in the loft but left poison/bait all round my house some on ground level where my 3 year old child could access this very easily! I was asked why am I transferring 199£ for payment and not just 200£. Disrespected my property by leaving rubbish on my drive. Placed the traps full of poison on the floor of my child's bedroom. No shoe covers or protective gear worn absolutely no care in the world for someones property. These guys cannot even speak English correctly. I have chased for a refund for 4 months despite emails and messages I have constantly been told the team is away and out of office. I will also be reporting them to the authorities to be thoroughly investigated as no report was received to inform of the bait/poison used should my child have accessed this! All the technicians have done a great job, Diego and Julian to name a couple. They’ve found the problem areas of my home and cover them accordingly, and they are willing to go beyond, not like other companies. After almost three months when my warranty was about to expire, I contacted them because I had a problem with a possible new hole in my kitchen, the warranty team wasn’t very helpful and took almost a week to give me an answer and get me an appointment which was disappointing, but other than that, they sent Julian and he was able to find the hole and cover it along with other possible problem areas in the future. Hopefully, this last visit will be enough to fix the problem for good. They also provide cleaning and disinfecting after pest. Felicia did a great job. Overall, I do recommend this company. More...

Juan was very helpful and gave great tips, work was quick Friday 5th Jan 24. We had asked for only one session without VAT, as that was feasible for us £75. We got a quick appointment which was great too. We have been advised once they eat the bait that has been left in various spots, the rats do not die in the shed but outside, we hope we don’t find any dead rats inside, when we go to check next weekend. Advised to put up metal mesh and fill any gaps in the shed once 15days are over after bait was left, which will be Saturday 20th Jan 24. More...
