I wanted to modernise, remodel, and extend my entire house from the front to the rear. Being the first time appointing an architect, I was naturally worried about the whole process and whether my needs would be met in terms of design and budget.
Having ideas forced upon me that didn’t meet my criteria was also a concern.
It was however the complete opposite experience. Homescape Architecture listened to exactly what I was after and responded accordingly whilst suggesting better ways of working both the available and extended spaces to better suit my family needs – including our pet dogs :)
The plans and 3D visuals that were presented to us were also to a remarkably high standard with a lot of detail which really allowed us to understand the layouts and designs.
The end result was a truly unique modern family home with the WOW factor. Sits well within the neighbourhood whilst clearly adding visual value to the street scene which I love!
Would not hesitate in recommending the team at Homescape. Very capable hands!
