They didn't tell us everything and the spray foam is toxic and it rots the timbers. My father went through a mental trauma and only slept for 5 hours at night. He is devastated by the cost and how the toxic fumes have lasted for more than 4 days. They also told us to sign a contract but they didn't tell us what it was so we signed it. But then we actually signed off the 14-day reject period. They rushed us into signing it and was very forcefull

Literally I urge anybody thinking of using these cowboys to avoid! They hadn't followed the proper installation guidelines when installing my foam loft insulation and now the house is full of damp and mould, to which they won't do anything about. Don't do it! Now I can't get a re-mortage on my home because the documentation they sent for the mortgage provider was bogus and dated AFTER the installation for some apparent pre-istallation reports, and I'm left facing thousands to remove it to have a home that's safe for my newborn daughter and 2 year old and so I can remortgage or sell in the future. Most importantly, take any good reviews with a pinch of salt, because the company offers money off for buyers who agree to write a good review. SKETCHY.

We got in touch with home logic following their ‘£1500 voucher’ scheme, with a ‘free, no commitment, survey’ of the loft included. It was easy enough to schedule a ‘survey’, but I say ‘survey’ loosely as it really is a sales call. One man came initially, he had only been working for the company for a few months. He was polite, showed us a video of their product right off the bat (sales call, not a survey) and then took a look at our loft space. He did identify some issue areas, which we are grateful for. We didn’t have really any issues until the first guy’s team leader arrived. Although polite and seemingly ‘pally’ we found him quite pushy and manipulative, constantly referring to our young age and saying ‘if you were my son or daughter, I’d make you buy this product because you really need it.’ Etc. we also found that he really cleverly dodged alot of our questions. Then, although the survey is deemed ‘free, with no commitments’. You have to make an appointment for the product to be installed, and pay a £500 deposit, before the salesman leave, otherwise the price increased by £2000. This leaves no room for research or thought about the product, which is a smart move for the company considering spray foam is really not recommended in domestic houses, causing many issues down the line, no matter how many ‘fail safes’ the company wants to put in place.

We felt we had to sign the contracts in order to actually get the salesmen to leave our house, it was very uncomfortable. Luckily, although not brought to our attention at all during the sales call, the contract calls for a 14 day cancellation period that entitles you to your deposit back no matter what the reason is for cancellation.

Give minus star rating of 5 if I could. Ordered windows December 2020 and still waiting on insterlation of the product. Different product to brought installed, insterlation work has been shoddy at best and communication from management is not existent. And taken so much time off work for agreed dates for people to turn up. And do work for no one to show and no phone call explaining why.
Would not recommend homelogic to anyone. Unless you want stress upset and disappointment and distruction. More...

I had used the in the past and they did a very good job so when they got in touch so very quickly I got them to come and quote it was what I expected so have gone with them

Not very impressed had a booking for a quote arranged week before visit. On the day of visit got a phone call to say it was cancelled because it was not booked correctly and they would phone me back to arrange another visit but no phone call

The good:
it is a pretty good product for warmth, they came out very quickly for installation
The bad:
They hit us with a pretty hard sale. They came in with a very over inflated cost which they said they could knock down significantly if we offered to have a sign in the front of the house for a month or so but this was obviously a sales tactic as there was no sign given to us to put out the front of the house so it was all a lie to make the actual cost look better. I feel like a fool for falling for it. I really don't appreciate being lied to for a sale.
The installers managed to spill loads of the insulation chemical all over the path outside of the house and didn't really clean it up. They also managed to put a hole in our ceiling and didn't say anything. After we complained they have come out to repair the damage but haven't finished the job, so will need to chase them again.
But the biggest issue was that we were sold on by the fact that they were adamant that it would fix our condensation issue. It hasn't at all.

I found the company communication unacceptable, I was told they were starting the job at 8.30,/ 9.00am, the job did not start until 1. 30 pm, then they had problems with the pump and had to wait until another week before they came back and again I was told they will be there between 9/ 10am eventually they turn up at 1.30 pm after I complain about cancelling the job.I got no complaints about the workmen or their works. Refused to perform a survey without both me and my wife present as the property is jointly in our names. Haven't yet established whether this is standard, but will investigate other options first.

Quote received and consideration still on going. More pricey than other quotes but appreciate their efforts to reduce their original quote to be competitive. However, I feel some frustration that once I share that the quote is too high, they are able to reduce it. Why do trades people do this? I get this all the time so will never accept a first quote. Home logic was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and excellent product. I highly recommend them.

We were very impressed by the salesman’s knowledge of the company and the product. The guys who installed the insulation were exemplary from start to finish.(A pleasure to have around)

The loft insulation was undertaken with friendly installers. But unfortunately as they put a foot through a bedroom ceiling this took some visits (and some failed appointments) to put right.

Having recently had our loft insulated by Home Logic, I was very impressed by the service throughout the whole process. The salesman was very professional and thorough and when we inspected the loft together, he took a lot of trouble to point out areas of concern and how the new insulation would counteract those areas. The installation crew arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked efficiently to get the job done and cleaned and tidied up after themselves. I had my loft insulated in October last year. I was very pleased with the installation. Three months later I do feel that the house is much warmer, and I don’t need to have the heating on as much as I used to. I have noticed that if I get up in the night the temperature seems to keep above 18 degrees even though there is no heating on. So all in all I am very pleased. Mrs M Norman More...

When we were looking at insulating our chalet-style home, other foam insulation companies said it would be "very difficult" and then didn't return our calls. ???? Home Logic were responsive, though, and agreed to send "the skinny guy" to fit into the tight spaces.
