Being using them for years. Dogs always happy to leave me without a backward glance. With a 60 mile round trip there are kennels closer to me but I would not use anyone else. Highly recommend them.

I was really worried about putting my rescue dog in kennels , my dogs have just come back from the retreat on their trial night and they are both very happy and relaxed which means I am very happy and very much looking forward to our holiday with peace of mind ❤️

I have no qualms leaving my dog here. He has stayed with them in the ordinary kennels and more recently in the retreat, which is rather swish and perfect for dogs who may be a bit nervous. Mine isn't nervous just spoilt! More importantly all of the staff are excellent and give the dogs plenty of play and walks. Lola had a two week stay I was very worried about leaving her with people I didn't know or she didn't know either especially with her only been 8 months old, I shouldn't have worried as with pictures and a video update she seem very happy, they even let my father in law who picked her up for us know she came in to heat that morning I would definitely use them again next time we are going away she came back one very happy puppy thanks again

I have been meaning to write a review all week but with the kids being off school and the distraction of booking a holiday I have honestly forgotten, however an unexpected letter this morning has prompted me to sit and write this.

We had been extremely nervous about leaving our girl as she has never been left before and it honestly felt like I was leaving one of my kids with a stranger. But from the very first messages exchanged and the first visit to view the kennels, Helen and all the staff have been absolutely wonderful and have always been friendly and welcoming. They have made the whole experience much easier than I anticipated and have done lots of little things that make the world of difference. Simple things like sending a text and pics while we were away and today, that unexpected letter was printed photos and a lovely little message which has put a massive smile on my face. Luna had a fantastic stay and was extremely well looked after. I have already been in touch about future stays and I cannot recommend these kennels highly enough. Like most people who’s dogs are their family members I dreaded sending my boys to kennels. Home from home kept them safe and happy. The staff are clearly huge dog lovers who care for the dogs staying with them. Everyone was warm, thoughtful and kind to us and our boys. Would highly recommend them to anyone worried about leaving their loved ones.

This is the best of hotels for cats! Dawn and her team go out of their way to look after your best friend with wonderfully clean cat suites, heated sleeping areas and lots of play gym and human love and attention. Couldn’t recommend this kennel enough. I took my very energetic Newfoundland in for her first ever stay in a kennel. The staff were very helpful, the care they gave Winnie was first class especially because of the hot weather.

I've always been wary of leaving Scrappy at kennels while I go away to the point of anxiety but I have to say he absolutely loves it. His tail is always wagging when we drop him off and pick him up and he never seems to look back when they take him to his room. Maisy has boarded at Home from Home for many years all the staff are absolutely fantastic, Maisy jumps out the car tail waging and rarely looks back. When I am away I often message to check she is ok and I always get a speedy reply and I love the Facebook photo updates too. First time we have left Archie in a kennel and we were worried he wouldn't settle however I have to say the care that has gone into looking after him has been first class. Akira is a very anxious dog around strangers but the way she's been looked after, I cannot express my appreciation enough. We picked Leo up on Sunday 1July after staying for 2 weeks. It is the first time we have had to use kennels but Home from Home came highly recommended from friends. We had a visit before hand and felt completely comfortable booking him in, we did go for a posher room in the retreat as Leo is a bit pampered!!! We can truly say we will use them again. Facebook updates were great when we were on holiday as we could see him and he was happy and content. We also got a verbal update on how he was when we picked him up and he was very excited to see us but I can honestly say for the first few days home I think Leo had the holiday blues!! This kennel is brilliant! The staff are excellent and really look after your dogs. We took our pooch up, who isn't all that friendly with other dogs due to being attacked when he was yoinger, he thoroughly enjoyed himself, and the staff were very praising of him.
