Joel (the engineer fitter) came today on time following a confirmation text yesterday. He was smart, polite and professional. We live on a narrow lane in an old stone built cottage, not the easiest job but Joel just got on with it, he completed a great installation with not fuss and left everything tidy afterwards. I had these guys install 3 cameras at my house in January and I can’t be thankful enough, very professional business and service. We had a visit from the surveyor before Christmas to run through everything and was really pleased with the help we received he went through step by step what would happen and prices etc and there was no push for the sale.. they then came to install the cameras and they did an outstanding job can’t see any cables anywhere all hidden neatly.. Great service from the initial Facebook message all the way through the surveying and installation today.

I had a 3 camera system installed, the lad turned up early and double checked all the drawings and camera locations was right to what the survey said and was happy to adjust anything before he started the job.

After the cabling and cameras was up he was very respectful of the property inside and out and was professional throughout. The setup of the system was done and explained the system to me and how it all worked both on the TV and the app setup on my phone and how that worked too.

If there's any issues or I move for any reason I know they will be more than willing to help me anyway they can.

Survey and Quote

Just signed up for a 3 camera system with Kevin who was very professional explaining all about the products showing us crystal clear camera images with no jargon at all just straight to the point. I'd already read some outstanding reviews on the company's Facebook page before booking our free survey and quote so I was looking forward to the visit. The surveyor Kevin arrived at the time arranged and gave us the background of what we could expect from the service. Kevin talked us through all aspects from where the camera's would be best positioned and where all the covered cables would go and answering all our question. Felt easy and not pushed into any sale but really the equipment and aftercare support sold it us. We are all booked in for March and looking so forward to our security and piece of mind in protecting our property with this smart looking system. More...

Excellent service off these guys from a quotation to installing the cameras.

The salesman was excellent (apologies forgot your name). He explained about the system, how it worked and there was no pressure at all as always worry about pushy salesmen.

The guys who fitted it were professional, did an amazing job. The footage is really clear to see and is installed on your tv and phone.

Worth it for peace of mind and security.
