We at HEC thrive for customer satisfaction, delivering a professional service from start to finish. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and installation practices
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started HEC because I felt that I can deliver a great service in a unique, polite and professional manner. Designing bespoke systems to cater for our clients every need is a key point in why I set up HEC, I felt most companies at the time did not do this

We offer a professional and bespoke service in Electrical Design, installation and commissioning within the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Sectors

We offer Desktop Surveys for clients, this is where the client either video calls us to show what they would like and shows images of the consumer unit, circuit protection etc. Or the client will email a series of photos to help us quote the job as accurately as possible. This has proven a popular option during the pandemic to minimise unnecessary exposure
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our HEC staff have their temperature checked and recorded daily, we also issue weekly testing kits at the office for all staff. Our engineers on the road have all relevant PPE with a seperate “COVID safety Kit” including gloves, masks, eye protection, antibacterial wipes, gell and spray
