Thanks to Hilton Removals & Self Storage for a great job of moving us last week. Not a straightforward job, with a three storey house to contend with, a long drive to Chester and a delay at the Storage unit when they got there. And all this in the baking heat. Everything was achieved with speed, skill and good humour. Mick and Martin are incredible in what they can carry singlehandedly, even with stairs to negotiate! Thoroughly nice people to deal with. Absolutely first class service from Michael and his team. Put us at ease throughout the whole experience, from the flexibility offered when waiting for exchange of contracts in order to confirm the booking. Nothing was too much trouble. Full packing service and relocation from south east to the midlands, even having to wait all day for our keys to be released and having to come for an additional day to unload as it was late in the day when we finally completed, nothing phased them. Called to request a quote, Michael came the next day and gave us a very competitive quote. We had problems with our moving date which was cancelled 4 times which was not a problem for Michael and the team, they accommodated us on each occasion. On the day of the move they arrived exactly the time they said they would, had us packed by 12.30pm we didn't get our keys until 3.00pm and they had us unpacked by 5.30pm. We can't recommend Hilton Removals highly enough as all lads we very attentive and courteous, they even managed to move our 12ft palm tree. More...
