Fantastic company from start to finish. Spoken with them in regards to cleaning a property due to go up for sale and was left in a mess.
They were able to attend very quickly and worked over the weekend. collected keys from local estate agents and dropped off again upon completion.
Was kept updated with pictures of clean and they even helped to top up electric as the property was far away from myself. received further pictures from when the clean was finished and what a huge difference, floors and worktops all looked new and were shining, will definitely be using again in future.
I would highly recommend. Great contact and well priced with a high standard finish.

I booked them for three hours and they turnedup 35 mins late and left 30 early and still tried to charge me for three hours.
They then tried to say it had been 2.5 hours which it had not.
The invoice states you have 72 hours to pay and I offered cash but they wanted a bank transfer I couldn’t pay straight away as I was in work and didn’t have any internet at home or work. They turned up at my door on the Sunday with her husband and demanded payment which was very intimidating.
I would not use them again.

Hi Natalie Just to be clear, You booked a service for a completed job, not per hour and the reason why the service started late was because you did not provide the address and did not reply to any messages and calls. Without a confirmation of your address, I was unable to arrive on time which meant that we had to spend less time as your time was limited. Regarding the payment, after multiple messages and emails were sent and no response, you not left me no choice but to drive up and check what happened. On invoice sent the same day service was provided you were given a slight discount to keep good relation for potential future service, then when we came to you to understand reason why no answering to my calls or messages you paid less than the discounted invoice cost without any explanation. However, thank you for using my service.

Magdalena was very welcoming and friendly and had carried out the task list we had provided entirely and fantastically.
Went above and beyond certain parts of the house which we had not actually asked her to do so that was a very pleasant surprise.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2020. Before that, I spent almost 15 years in the hotel hospitality business. Combining that history with many years of service for customers with similar service I decided to launch my own venture.

What do you love most about your job?
Actually enjoying going to my job every day! I love a little bit of everything — the planning, the communication with clients & vendors the creative aspects and the cyclical nature of the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving my job in the public sector, I took the opportunity to become self-employed and start my own company. My passion and dedication is to drive forward each aspect of the business. Although I have had an enjoyable career working for other people, I wanted to see what I could achieve on my own so I started Highland Fab Cleaning company.
