Darren recently led a full bathroom refurbishment project in our home. Prior to the work, Darren attended our home (a couple of times) to provide advice and options. All options were explained thoroughly and clearly. Darren also helped us to select appropriate sanitaryware to buy for the new bathroom (we came to learn there are so many options!). Darren’s quote was professional and very clear – Darren also spent time explaining the quote and the best options available in the space we had. Darren did all the plumbing and coordinated the other contractors required for the project. We appreciated Darren managing this project. Darren updated us with any additional cost throughout the project and called us periodically to explain progress. Darren finished on time and left our home in a tidy state. Highly recommend Hete Plumbing! I had a leak in my bathroom and was unsure whether it was the washing machine, shower or boiler. Initially I had another company come out, who clearly had no idea what the fault was and left me worried it was going to be a huge job, then Darren came over. Absolutely fab, Darren came around today to fit our whole bathroom suite, new radiators, downstairs toilet and sink. Which proved to be a lot trickier than anticipated. Very reasonably priced, worked above and beyond what I expected him too and was very clean whilst doing so!
Still due to come back next week to finish off, as such a lot of work required but very happy with what Darren has done so far and amazed at the amount he got done in one day. Would recommend. More...

Darren replaced our boiler and all of our radiators, very pleased as he put in the hours to get the work done ahead of our baby being born.
