Called heritage because the element in my fan assisted oven had gone and the back plate in front of it had weilded itself on through time . they called to say they could come and do it two days earlier than I had booked them , which was much appreciated.They two guys asked if we would prefer them to wear face masks before they even stepped through the door.They had the job done within 15 minutes.Polite . They fitted 12 x spot lights in my kitchen/ Fitted an extractor fan over my oven /Put a new socket on an opposite wall and re routed an aerial cable under the floor boards Nothing was to much trouble for them even my picky wife who changed her mind on things about 6 times lol . I had heritage come to my home and change a consumer unit, it was an awkward job due to the location however they did a fantastic job and were very flexible with my requirements.
